Since 26 August 2026, Additional Scripts and thank-you-page tags no longer run on non-Plus plans. Google Ads tags, Meta pixels and custom conversion scripts that lived there went dark, and nothing tells you. TrackAlive compares three counts every day: your orders, the checkout events its own pixel saw, and the purchases your GA4 property recorded. When they split, you get an email or Slack alert naming which layer broke and the fix. No theme edits, no code, no order or customer data stored.
