I had a small functionality issue between the app and my specific Shopfiy template, but Kenneth was able to quickly resolve the issue and help guide me through some of the other features. I have just started using the app and it seems really good. Easy to manage and customize. Reached out to customer support for å small thing and they responded and fixed it within minutes!

I love this app and their support is outstanding! I contacted them on a Sunday and heard back within minutes. They were able to resolve my issue very quickly. The tech support rep even took it one step further and thought that our store could be enhanced by making an additional modification that had to be handled by their escalation team. Within 12 hours they made the fix and emailed me to let me know it was complete. Amazing!

It is a bit too soon to tell because we just set it up, however Jolo was amazing! Very thorough and patient. We now know how to operate the set up.
