This app is not meant for big sellers with large inventories. It's very difficult and time consuming to map product categories and brands having to do each item one at a time. Additionally, we received a "dedicated" account manager that has been unresponsive to our emails for weeks now. We will be looking for another solution to support our Tik Tok business.

My experience with ShoppeDance has been amazing! The setup and connection to TikTok were super quick and easy. I was able to create product bundles just like the ones on my website. No one gets back to you. There are no live chats and all the app does is send you in circles. When you ask a question for assistance it says someone will get back to you in 12 hours.

I used to have issues with overselling products on TikTok Shop because the previous software only update inventory every 30 mins. Then I found ShoppeDance, which updates inventory whenever it's changed. It also has a feature that lets me set a low inventory threshold to prevent overselling. This app has all the good features for TikTok Shop.

I tried many TikTok Shop connectors, this is the only one that truly works! I wish I find out about Shoppedance sooner so I didn’t have to waste so much time and energy on the technical issues caused by the other connectors. Shoppedance is so easy to use, it only took me a few minutes to onboard. Now I can finally sync my products and orders automatically. This is the best app for TikTok Shop I’ve ever used!!
