I had a minor issue with the product title of my product shifted to the right and they fixed it very quickly and while they were working on it they also fixed another issue I was not aware of. Not a big issue again but they did fix it for me. I love this app, it is very affordable for the value we get and it's important to be able to rely on a great tech support when an issue is rising.

Implementing a preview display for each layout style would significantly enhance the user experience. The app exhibits frequent glitches over the course of three months, occasionally disappearing or malfunctioning. The developers attribute these issues to a cache problem. Despite attempting to access the app on my mobile device, I was unable to do so. Frustrated, I opted for a more reliable and user-friendly app priced at $15 per month. The customer service provided by the original app has been ineffective in resolving my concerns. Take a closer at the top 5 reviews of this app, none of the shop actually uses this app. Crazy.
