Die Konfiguration ist teilweise etwas kompliziert aber an dieser Stelle muss ich den Support ausdrücklich loben. Ich habe selten einen so schnellen, freundlichen und aufmerksamen Support, wie bei Teeinblue erlebt. Jede meiner, inzwischen zahlreichen, Anfragen wurde schnell, ausführlich und sympathisch beantwortet. An Stellen, an den ich einfach nicht weiterkam, konnte der Support sogar eigenständig eingreifen und den Code meinen Wünschen entsprechend anpassen. Mega schneller und kompetenter Support! Das ist sehr hilfreich, da manche Funktionen etwas intuitiver gestaltet werden könnten. Trotzdem sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Personalisierung von Produkten.

Teeinblue did some updates, which caused our products to freeze, causing major issues to our store. Few of our customers were not very happy. We tried reaching out also, but couldnt seem to get a response during that time
