很感謝之前的客服Kelly,回覆滿認真有時候甚至會直接打Line跟我解釋,現在他功成身退換成客服Joanna,雖然才剛開始但回覆態度跟誠意我可以給高分,還留了手機號碼以便我臨時需要客服協助~ 不過客服機制希望可以更加強一些,例如可以增加即時的官方客服對話框等等,因為目前app的客服是需要寄信且不會馬上回覆,如有突發狀況又無法handle的話會比較慌張一點~
