We are using this app for a long time. It helps us automate a lot of processes by using tags effectively. When we needed help, the support replied very quickly and they were very helpful. They also found some creative ways to accomodate our out of the ordinary needs.

Very powerful app, easy to use, can use other apps to acheive the same outcomes but the Auto tag UI will save considerable resource time

This app is very useful; we use it for all our first-time customer tags and different customer profiles. Along with orders that have expedited shipping, so we can get those out asap. Theres just so much you can do! Customer service responds fast and efficiently, and they even create tags for me. Tried another popular autotag app with disastrous results, including all our orders being wrongly tagged, and having to pay to get them removed. ‍ We spent a month trying to work with their tech support, and each time got a different person who was not aware of the dev issues occurring. Finally gave up and tried Leap. FANTASTIC choice! Everything works, and any time I've had trouble getting the rule logic right their team has responded within 24 hours with a solution. No going in circles. This autotagger has likely saved me 1-1.5 hours of work per week, which makes a big difference when you're busy. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and support provided from this team. This app is very important for our business it saves us alot of admin time by adding notes to the order to help our accounts team POS out our sales faster by knowing how our customers paid for orders. it also tags orders so we are alerted for express etc. highly recommend
