Their rates are very affordable, and I really appreciate how flexible they are — they’re even willing to work with our own suppliers if sourcing isn’t possible on their end. We did have a few small hiccups with some orders early on while getting everything set up, but they were fast to resolve the issues and immediately put new systems in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again. They also helped us sort out a tricky tariff issue we’d been dealing with for a while. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with their service — love these guys and so glad they found me!

I was originally going to give 3 stars, but no — here’s why. I’ve been dealing with John and Sophia, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the cheapest price is not always the best option. On their Backoffice website, there’s a payment option to send funds to Westpac Bank — in my case, around $600–$800 USD. Three days after making the payment, John informed me that it hadn’t gone through. I called my bank and was told the payment was blocked because it required an intermediary bank. My question is: why did it take John three days to notify me? It’s not like they’re paying for stock out of their own pocket. Why didn’t John check whether the payment was received sooner? Now my customers have already been waiting a week, and they’ll need to wait another 12 days! Who is taking responsibility for this? And who’s going to deal with the angry emails and refund requests? They messed up many of my order - Sending incorrect quantities multiple times, the product itself was cheap and low quality compared to my last supplier, the customer service will pick and choose when they want to reply to you... and i wish I could send an image here but "+86 133 1688 7183" .... this agent is the worst you will get... they spam clients calling them "stupid" and cursing at them with a certain two 2 words which start with F and Y, then saying "you can try" - "I will dispute you" after a simple conversation about where products are, why things are taking so long, being shipped back to shipping channel, being lost etc Finally, they increased my prices over time which was another issue NEVER USE THEM...
