The app works well for straight B2C invoicing, but currently not for intra-EU B2B invoicing with 0% VAT. Otherwhise the support team has grown in size and is very helpful.

I have been asking the Support team for help for over a week regarding a malfunction (intra-EU B2B invoicing should work with 0% VAT, but it doesn’t). I have contacted them multiple times and only received one reply, which didn’t address the actual issue. I pointed this out immediately, but have not received any response for 4 days now. It is extremely frustrating.

Nem igazán tudnék nélküle működni. A csapat segítőkész, ha bármilyen kérdésem van, még a Shopify tax funkcióval kapcsolatban is segítettek. Soha rosszabbat!

With szamlazz.hu app I dont ever have to worry about sending an invoice in time again, it is easy and fast. Customer support is also wonderful, recommend!!

The app can't write proforma invoice or prepayment invoice which szamlazz.hu can and it's a crucial part for the warranty to our store. Speaking of warranty you can't put anything more than 2000 words in the note part which would be an important part of it too, szamlazz.hu can and even if you have the note there nothing going to be in it because the app overwrites it. On the bright side Bálint is quick to answer even if he can't help with the problem. Same app as the Billingo - Hivatalos, same problems. Will change the review and the rating if the problems been solved.
