The SweetSpot Post Checkout Upsell App really works perfectly. I was easily able to set up upsells on my store and have already started bringing in more revenue by using the app. Everything is super easy to set up and get started with and the customer service have been amazing and answered all of my questions. 5 stars for this amazing app! If you are looking for an upsell app for your Shopify store, this will be the app for you!

First of all, if you're trying to actually "upsell" IT DOESN'T WORK! It literally adds products to the order but then doesn't charge the customer so there's no way for the customer to pay and no way for us to get the money so what's the point? It ends up being more of a hassle for the store owner because you either have to message the customer or edit the order. I used it for a while to offer free samples after checkout. It doesn't let you limit the number of samples a customer can choose so people were ordering all of them. Then the display is terrible. The images are huge and are all stacked one on top of the other so if you have several options you have to scroll to see everything. Customer service is terrible. The first time I messaged them they kind of got back to me only addressing half my message and then never replied back. The next two times I messaged them I got no reply. When I tried messaging back to the original person who got back to me it said their email address no longer existed. Don't waste your time.

I have used numerous upsell apps and this is not only the easiest to use, but the one that has been the most successful. I stopped using others because I was paying for something and getting only 1 (or less) upsells per month--just not worth it. I launched this one and BINGO!! Next day an upsell. The, the next day. After one week, I had more upsells than I had in the previous months--this is a no brainer. Get this app. I did contact the developer and provided a suggestion and he did take good notes and had some good additions, but said it would take some time to do. But who cares--this thing WORKS the way you want an upsell app to work, but SELLING. I just looked at my average transaction value MoM and it is up about $6 vs. last month. I took nearly the same number of orders, but I had more with my $22 add on. THANK YOU!! This was just the app I have been looking for.

The name said it all, It blends in nicely in the checkout process and helps get extra $$. Another reason I love the app is customer support, they answered all my questions and I ask a lot of them.
