Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.

I can't recommend SweepWidget highly enough! The owner went above and beyond to help with my inquiry, even creating a whole new feature to fit my needs. This company is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to run a contest, giveaway, or build their brand. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars!

Your trial membership will turn into months of them charging your card and refusing to stop bascally just stealing you can try to reach customer service but they will not respond and keep charging you card so will need to contact the bbb

Looks pro. Unfortunately with the free testing plan, you cannot use most of the major useful options. Result is you see plenty of "upgrade to" links. This is very frustrating.

We are in the process of launching our e-gift shop and needed to jump start our FB and IG pages. We reached out to SweepWidget's support to help us strategize and they got back almost instantly. They helped us put together a giveaway for getting more likes and followers which was exactly what we needed. So far we're very impressed with the support and the results.
