The onboarding of the app is among the best Ive ever had with an app. The entire team took me through the process from start to finish and answered any questions I had quickly. The app itself is user friendly and goes above and beyond my expectations. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We have been working with Swap since August 2022 and it's a great system for returns! It's very easy to use from both our own and our customer perspective. We've recently added the Credit option live in our account and it's already paid for itself. Account support is excellent, always very helpful and fast to respond to questions and issues. Its still early days from the start their customer service has been fantastc, the product itself is good - its easy to use and the fact that we can have global returns all in one place with customisable rules and fees by country is just a game changer. Its increased our automation and decreased queries into the support team.

A great app matched by a great customer experience. We have used Loop returns in the past and and Swap does all what Loop does but with a better customer service experience and also one tenth of the price.

We really like this service, a really smooth customer facing interface, the back end is easy to navigate and work with, we have all the customisation options we've needed including having certain products with different return rules. Any ideas or features we've wanted have usually been met with enthusiasm and implemented very quickly.
