We added SurveyFox mainly for checkout surveys but ended up using the email ones too. The UI is clean, and it’s not bloated with stuff we don’t need.

UI is clean, which I appreciate. Took a few minutes to figure things out, but nothing too complex. Support got back to me within a couple of hours — no complaints.

Amazing app with tons of potential. Among many other things, Surveyfox enables you to segment your audience by asking visitors what they are interested in. This segmentation can later be used for emails and marketing. Excellent support by Bhanu as well.

This app delivers exactly as promised—and then some. It offers more features than comparable tools and is priced more competitively. I was initially concerned that support might suffer because of that, but Bhanu, the founder, has been incredibly responsive and hands-on. He’s replied to every email within a day and is even open to customizing the app to fit specific business needs. If you’re looking for better attribution or want to collect customer data seamlessly, I highly recommend giving this app a try.

Useful app for collecting customer feedback. Set up and customization is intuitive, with good instruction/ documentation, user-friendly application to your site / emails with analytics. The support is responsive and helpful. Lots of features at the $25/mo tier.

My first time I reached out to Surveyfox they didn't get back, but on my second time Bhanu responded immediately and was super fast and helpful and I got all my questions answered.
