Useful app for collecting customer feedback. Set up and customization is intuitive, with good instruction/ documentation, user-friendly application to your site / emails with analytics. The support is responsive and helpful. Lots of features at the $25/mo tier.

My first time I reached out to Surveyfox they didn't get back, but on my second time Bhanu responded immediately and was super fast and helpful and I got all my questions answered.

This was one of the easiest apps to get set up. I had two questions, and support answered them within hours. Actually, the first one was answered in under an hour. It is also feature-rich and has everything you need. I was able to create a survey in less than an hour after I installed the app. I rarely leave reviews but I was impressed with the level of support and the ease of use.    

This is a must have app for any website, helps you to REALY understand your users, get to know them with Q's you ask. App works flawlessly, with the great support I got from Bhanu, I expect great results.

I have been using Surveyfox for a while now, and it's amazing, it works just as you hope it to, and there are loads of useful features while still being simple to use. I can see a lot of work has gone into it. And the support is first class, what more can you ask for?!?             

This is a very productive app! It takes just a few minutes to get familiar with, but once you do, it works like a charm. The support is out of this world. I would recommend it to everyone. I have not found any other apps that can do what Surveyfox does.

Surveyfox is incredible, they always keep you updated with statistics of your polls which helps you think of creative solutions for your business, plus Bhanu was able to personally help me with a feature request called an action slide which allows for a person to first open up a link within the poll before proceeding to the next slide. Thanks a lot, this product is amazing!

We tested most of the similar offerings in the Shopify App Store for a several page customer feedback survey and eventually decided on SurveyFox for our solution. Bhanu, the founder, was invaluable in the process of helping set it up for our needs and responsive to our feedback about one or two of the current features. Replies went above and beyond what one would has come expect from support these days and that means a lot to us.
