Fantastic, easy to use app, really fast to set up and the support is instant and amazing. It's great to get support from real people and Jeff who has answered my emails and helped us get the maps working perfectly.

This app is SO MUCH BETTER than the one we had used for years previously. It is intuitive, clean, feature rich, and well-maintained. I could go on and on about how incredible their support staff is. They have answered every question I've had thoroughly and work at the levels of both the average-joe and an experienced programmer. So happy to find this app!

What could have been a complicated process was made efficient, easy, and completely hassle-free thanks to his support. I also really appreciated that Jeff took the extra step of verifying our store locations and checking that all the formatting was accurate on the accounts I had previously uploaded. It made me feel confident that everything was set up correctly from the start. Better than ProMap. We used ProMap before and were frustrated with the poor customer service. Stockist is miles ahead. Customer Service: ProMap has a chat function but no one responds, and emails take forever. You also can’t change the email address they use for replies. With Stockist, support is fast, thorough, and easy to reach. When I couldn’t install the app due to a web theme issue, they set up a Google Meet and fixed it in minutes. Their responses save me time and always consider the customer’s perspective. Dashboard Display: Stockist shows 25, 100, 250, or 1000 locations in the admin dashboard. ProMap only shows 10, which makes no sense. Bulk Edit: Stockist allows bulk editing, which saves significant time. File Management: Stockist lets me delete any file import when needed. This makes data cleanup and corrections simple. Search Features: Stockist’s search behavior and filters are far more advanced and helpful for users. Highly recommend Stockist for store locator needs.
