DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! I looked for a very long time to find the right app / code to implement product videos to autoplay on my website. I have been quoted AT LEAST $500 to code something like this on the website. For the price, this app is a steal. Tamas and team are the best at getting everything functional for your website as well. 11/10 recommend this app over any other app with similar functionalities.

This is a great app that had some small issues at the start, but Tamas and the support team were very responsive and were able to fix the problems quickly. We haven't had a chance to implement the app widely on our site, but we think it will be a great addition. Highly recommended!

This app not only increased or revenue and conversionrate, but we saw a strong uptick in returning customers since we installed it. We have been using the spotlight video app for a couple weeks now (only for mobile, not for desktop traffic) and we are starting to see some very good results. We use one column collection pages on mobile and installed the app so we could show product videos every 4 – 5 products to get a more interactive, social media style experience. Our customers are absolutely loving it, we saw about a 10% increase in time on site (mobile and desktop combined!) people look at more products and our conversion rate on mobile went up about 7%. (so we are selling 7% more on mobile now) Apart from that we can clearly see that products that have a spotlight video attached in the collection pages get more traffic, and also more sales. Especially products high up in the collection pages see a big increase in sales (and conversionrate its not just because of the extra traffic) We took a bit of a gamble moving from a 2 column collection page setup on mobile to a 1 column (normally this would hurt the overall conversion rate on most sites) but thanks to spotlight video we ended up with a site that gives our users a much better user experience and we are selling more because of it. As for support, its amazing. Our entire setup did not work out of the box (a lot of manual work on the end the spotlight video team was involved in getting everything perfect) but it was all done free of charge and in record time. Within a day or 2 everything was working perfectly (this includes speed optimizations and making sure the app would be for mobile only) Do I have any negative points to say? Not really. It can maybe be a bit time consuming when you add a lot of new products every week like we do so a bit more automation for video placement would be welcome but we discussed this with the spotlight video team and its extremely likely that this will be added soon. If you are thinking of installing this app, just do it. It doesn’t slow down your site, the support is better than I have ever seen with any app (they really know their stuff and are extremely helpful) and it’s an app that can definitely increase your revenue.

The product is excellent and does what I want it to do for my store. Customer service from these guys is amazing. The app did not work with my theme, but I reached out to customer support, and Tamas was excellent; he was quick to respond, got his developers to go onto my site, and the issue was resolved, and the app is working wonderfully.

Very user-friendly. I needed no help getting started and so far I am very pleased with the customization options. Tech support via chat/e-mail is quite prompt. Load times take a bit longer than desired and I'm not thrilled about the price, but I believe the added visual interest will increase sales to my shop and more than justify the expense. What I wish the app could include in the future: faster loading times and the ability to edit the default video playback speed, crop/resize image/ video and custom synchronization options .
