Subscribed to monthly plan but still showing free package. No support, Emailed and tried to contact but no support

I am using the completely free version and I really liked it. It has been easy to configure and they have many customization options. I also requested support help to see it in the mobile version and received help very quickly. I feel grateful!

So far liking this app. Bring in new sign ups! The only thing I would like is the info being sync directly to shopify. Right now I have to manually add them, but as of right now I don't have to many so this works ok.
