Very Bad service, no one replies, app doesn't work properly either doesn't print bookings, on asking for support they say we don't have any app

Its not about Trax Shopify App but the whole process of TRAX team. Not satisfied with Salesperson & delivery person. I have opened COD account & requested flyers, 3 days and I have not received my flyers, my 2 orders delayed because of this. support ask to send email to [email protected] and no response from them as well

its good but you can't book some orders they get book several time on trax portal but don't get update on shopify

Trax Shopify App very Helpful but needs to be more improvement like app speed very low tracking page functionality also should be available in app and airways name changed to shipping label and print airways label load very slow I hope trax technical team focus to these points and update
