There is a secondary layer that pops up with a x to close out underneath the button. Support said they fixed but it continues to do this so I will be deleting the app. I have a high quality site and this looks very cheap when it does that.

So easy to use all set up within five mins, best bit was when your setting it up they have a chat with instant replies i got Elisa she was great. Highly recommended.
