By far the best support experience I had with an app. Like most of the apps, you always might have questions to take the best advantage of it. The support took hours until we found a solution, wrote me followup emails on Sundays etc. I highly recommend Smart Bulk Image

This app is absolutely amazing. It saves us a lot of time, has worked perfectly so far and the response to questions and ideas is quick, solution-orientated and friendly. It has enabled us to significantly optimise our photo process. What's more, the same app provider has developed other apps that work seamlessly with this one. Even though the app is expensive, it is absolutely worth it from our point of view.

Fantastically powerful app. Enabled us to quickly import all the product and variant images for lots of products that would have been prohibitively time consuming to do manually. Who knows how many errors we would have made if we did it manually. The app sits nicely alongside the CS-Export Images app that we were able to use to get all the images we needed exported from my store, modify and then re-import with this app. Best of all is the support. Ozban was super responsive and helpful. Cannot fault.

Extraordinary app that does exactly and without fail what it promises: Avoid headaches when it comes to uploading more than 15K images. Ozkan's help is well worth that price, especially to solve the problems that arose when uploading files from my Dropbox that had hundreds of thousands of files. They immediately found a way to do it in a fluid way. The only problem that arose after the upload was not because of the app but the way Shopify handles duplicate images, adding a 36-character suffix even though you can now add the same image without a suffix (manually!!) to various variants in the Shopify dashboard when editing the product. Also, in Content > Files you can't reassign in bulk either, so instead of uploading a single image to assign it to four variants, Smart Bulk Image had to upload an image for each adding that suffix mentioned above. Fix this ASAP Shopify!! It shouldn't be very complicated, don't you think?

This app is so great!!! It save a lot off time. And the customer service is even better!! I had a small problem with my image titles and they fixed it within the hour. If you need an automatic bulk upload do yourself a favor and use this app. It Is The Best!!

画像のファイル名にはある程度規則性を持たせる必要はありますが、サポートチームの対応がすばらしく、最短と思えるスピード感で適切なカスタマイズを行ってくれました。 アプリ自体はシンプルな作りですが、サポートも含めて柔軟な機能性を持っているのでとても満足しています。 Shopifyの基本の仕様として、コンテンツ ＞ ファイルに一度に200アイテムまでしかアップロードできなかったり、同名のファイルを一括で上書きできなかったり、これらの仕様についてユーザー側に選択肢が無いことで、我々のワークフローに多くの手間と時間が必要でした。 しかし、このアプリではGoogleDrive連携に対応しているので専門的な知識が無くとも10000枚を超えるファイルと商品の連携が一括で可能でした。 商品と画像の紐づけはCSVインポートの必要もなく、ファイル名からHandleやVariantの規則性を判別して、画像とリンクすることがアプリ上での数クリックで可能でした。

The app is easy and simple to use but saves TONS of time. One improvement I would suggest is an option to match pictures to title. My only complaint is the missed matches because the parameters are too strict.
