Lovely app and customer service!

Excellent services espicially for heavy online shop with plenty of we element, they would speed up the loading of your online shop in front of your customer orclients. The features were amazing and adapted to the need.

I can not say enough about the support i received from these guys.. had an issue that Shopify could not resolve so reached out to them. They responded within seconds of getting in contact with them and literally within 5 mins had the issue resolved. This is the kind of support all apps should strive for

My store had so many issues and it took a long time to load to top it off. Fortunately, we have support tech like SIMON who is very professional, patient, and easy to work with. He made sure to deliver very good customer service and fixed most of the issues he possibly could which really helped boost my store's speed and performance. I definitely recommend this app. It does a lot for a reasonable price. This is important to me as a small business owner who cannot afford to pay hundreds of dollars monthly. Even if you have some understanding of SEO, TinySEO is a great help, especially with many aspects you might not initially consider. I had issues in Google Search Console that disappeared after receiving assistance from Julia, who was very helpful and offered valuable tips and suggestions to improve my shop. Tiny SEO really handled the SEO part of our website well. Really good application for diagnosing and fixing SEO errors. The audit feature works really well. What I'm most impressed about though is their lightening fast support team. We had some problems in the Google Search Console and some others related to Meta Titles and Descriptions, Simon and Julia helped us resolve them in a matter of minutes. Would recommend this app to anyone who wants to focus on the store end and want the SEO part taken care of with minimal effort!
