For the past year, I have been paying $199.99 per month for Slingshots services and $99.00 per month for Turn 14 apps services to import our data and catalogs from Atech Motorstate and Wheel Pros. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, no products have been successfully added to our website. While we do have SEMA data on the backend, it should not hinder the importation process. We are also confronting numerous challenges, including broken links, unindexed pages, and a variety of other technical issues. Even if you click and check out the sites that give positive reviews for the most part they have the same issues. Look them on your mobile device poor placement, extended load times, random other script issues. I am actively seeking resolution with Slingshot and will provide updates on our progress. As of December 4, 2024, they have consistently ignored our requests for communication and support. Moreover, they conditioned their assistance upon the removal of a negative review. We have incurred expenses exceeding $5,000 for their services, and they recently communicated via email that they would cease working with us and recommended that we find an alternative vendor. As of December 6, 2024, they suspended our account without prior notice. Currently, I am collaborating with a capable developer and have identified that, despite my careful exclusions of specific brands and collections from our site, their system continues to upload excessive amounts of unwanted data and products. This app is quite a fantastic option if you are trying to manage a large number of brands from different WD. The app allows you to connect your product data and WD to make sure you have the correct information and only sell products that are available. Set up takes a bit and you need to have a plan on how you want to set it up but once done it works wonderful. Support is extremely responsive and usually responds in under 24 hours. Very knowledgable and help you get through whatever you might need. After trying other apps this one seems to do the trick better than the rest. Definitely a app to consider when looking for a way to manage your products.

edit: we bought the theme from you guys, is this a sick joke or am i confused on something, could be possible lol but my understanding is this box in a shop solution, theme included, was indeed your product TLDR: this app is not what is advertised, I wouldn't waste your time, its not the solution that is promised. we have had issues since signing up 3 months ago, image issues, stock syncing issues, things that are in stock being listed as out of stock for some reason - many times i was told these problems were fixed and to "reload the brand" only to find the issue still there... therefor i feel inclined to reverberate what other reviews here have said about an endless cycle of communication with support only for no solutions, and yet we are still paying full price i am told many times that its on distributors data for the problems, so i reach out direct and they tell me that everything is fine and no one else is having problems, so again, working with so many different apps and companies seems to be a mess and no ones on the same page we asked about a discount until problems are solved and we are finally getting the app we signed up for, the lady told us she would ask about it but never said anything back, and any other time i brought it up, it was ignored... if this was my business, i would give the client 3 free months for this hassle idk, its all unfortunate to say the least, it just seems with 3 apps trying to work together it gets glitchy, im not sure they are working on combining the apps, but who knows how long that will be and what kind of hardships that will arise from that, they changed the way the stock is listed on the backend already and it seemed to cause an issue we will see if they can fix it and provide the solution they promised, but im not convinced, looking at other options currently

If you’re considering this app, save yourself the frustration. It’s a waste of time, money, and effort, with nothing but broken promises in return. The core features are completely unreliable. Pricing is inaccurate, costs don’t sync, and basic functions fail to operate as promised. While it does allow product uploads, you’re essentially paying extra for a service you already have access to, and the added features don’t even work as they should. This app has been one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy into there shop in a box. No matter how much time or money I put into it, it never worked properly. So for the last year, I have paid 199.99 a month for slingshot to import my data and catalogs from atech motorstate and wheel pros and not a single product is on our site. We also have sema data on the back end but that should have little to do with importation. Also we have a ton of messed up urls broken links un indexed pages and the list goes on. Still trying to resolve this with them but will update if we have a positive outcome

Versatile platform with flexibility to add or modify brand listings. Very impressed with the layout of the catalogs and response rate of the product syncs. Experienced one connection delay with a distributor, hindering products from syncing. The Data Here to There team quickly stepped in to alleviate the broken connection, effectively doing the job of the distributor for them. Needless to say the API subscription fee the distributor was getting is now going where it belongs each month.
