I've been waiting for help from customer support for two weeks now. I can't access my account on their website. The service is incredibly poor.

Das sind der Shopify-Store, eBay- und Kaufland und vor allem alle amazon Marktplätze. SimpleVAT importiert alle Bestellungen der verschiedenen Marktplätze, sortiert nach Verkaufsland und rechnet automatisch in der entsprechenden Landessprache und Währung ab. Am Monatsende können wir einen Sales Report exportieren, mit dem wir spielend einfach die Daten nach unseren Anforderungen gruppieren können, um die richtigen Daten an die verschiedenen Finanzämter zu reporten. Mit diesem Datenexport kann unsere Buchhaltung nun ganz einfach von einem Sekretariatsmitarbeiter erledigt werden, was vorher, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Abwicklung der OSS-Umsatzsteuer sehr aufwendig und fehleranfällig war. Außerdem haben wir nun für unsere interne Analyse einen besseren Überblick über alle Verkäufe auf den verschiedenen Marktplätzen. Bei der Beantragung und Registrierung der europäische Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummern für alle Lagerstandorte war das SimpleVAT Team eine riesengroße Hilfe. Auch bei der Einarbeitung, beim Verständnis der europäischen Steuergesetze sowie bei kniffeligen Fragen hatten wir immer Ansprechpartner, die uns sofort professionell halfen. We stumbled across this app after a google search on how to register for European VAT numbers, which we needed to store our goods in the respective Amazon fulfilment centres. We opted for the service from SimpleVAT, whose team have been very helpful, responsive and fast with the translation of company documents and registration of VAT numbers in Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Poland and the UK. We then saw the possibility to connect our various marketplaces (Shopify store, Amazon, EBay and Allegro) and have all our sales centralised through their platform. All our existing orders from these marketplaces were imported, separated by country of sale, and the invoiced were created in the respective language and local currency of the sale. This has completely simplified our accounting and OSS VAT payments, and also helped us create a general overview of sales from all our platforms. Its great to have the data all in one place. We were able to give access to various team members like our in-house accountant and also external accountant to the software. They are more than happy to have all their work simplified. We love the software, which so far has worked flawless and most of all we love the dedicated, well trained and helpful development/support team behind it.
