Ok I am being honest about this app - I had high hopes for it as it was a TikTok Partner but after nearly two weeks of communication they didn't have a grasp of my issues and wanted me to make dummy order after dummy order without any changes their tech end. I sent them tons of screenshots illustrating the issues with the app and TikTok with respect to shipping as I was having shipping issues and my orders were not being fulfilled at the TikTok end. Not being able to understand customers issues is a big no-no for me. I was ready to pull my hair out tbh! It took me a couple of days to find two other great apps that solved the issue in a couple of emails - Ownbase and Optima.
