it doesn't work! We make bundles of for example 5 products and only 3 of them get into the basket of the customer. This app is horrible, we put in so much work in it and then suddenly it doesn't take the products, this is so frustrating! Why do you publish this app if it doesn't work yet?

Right now the bundels don't work like intendet. A few months ago it worked like a charm. My customers can't put the bundels in to the cart and if they can, the shop denies to purchase all products of a bundel after a random number of prducts (every time the same number per product). This is unaccaptable. Please fix this asap.

For example, allowing customers to select a standalone product or a full bundle within the same interface would enhance usability and meet diverse customer preferences.

It works well on my site but i recently started running google ads so all of these bundled gift sets I have created are useless but were curated for seo and ads. Works okay in a very limited capacity

While it's a free app, it should be as it's virtually useless. The limit for products is way too low, and the the bundle functionality doesn't actually work - it just line lists out skus that make up the bundle with individual pricing. I'm not sure what the point of this app is, but go elsewhere.

Seems really nice at the beginning but it is really limited and many stuff is not working as it should. I wanted to sell a bundle of 3 posters with 3 sizes but i ended up with 27 variants to update the price as i wanted to sell the bundle for less than the indivual price combined. Yeah instead of being smart and take the individual price of each size and calculating the total during item selection, it creates a variant for each possible combination. It's insaine !!! I just wanted the customers to select a set of poster of the same size not a combination of any size for any poster so only 3 variants but it is not possible despite what the chatbot told me...

Can't use based on these reviews. Surely most merchants creating bundles will want to price a bundle so its less than the items together when not bundled. Seems like it us not.

Ok now things seem to be better. After a terrible start, Shopify Bundles Team seems to have fixed the problem. We've been loosely monitoring the volumes reported in the bundle products and comparing them to the least available product in the bundle and it seems to be stable indeed. Haven't checked all the inventory either. I won't claim victory immediately, as we previously had the impression the bundles were OK, but were not. Nonetheless, I'll gladly admit Shopify took the problem seriously and did what needed to be done. Well done. Thanks. I'll review my review in a few weeks, when stock will get low and problems might arise.

It is fine for basic use if you have less than about 35 bundles. They really need to add a feature for updating the price when a constituent product price changes. If you have a small store and are starting out, it will work.

This app is absolutely terrible. What's worse, Shopify support on this app is even worse. Bundles work fine for some time. Then one day, out of the blue, bundle inventory gets out of sync. And no more sales are possible. I have a pretty simple bundle, with two products. Both in stock. The bundle product now shows inventory levels at 0. I tried every possible workarround found on the web to force recomputing stock levels at the bundle levels with no luck. Asking Shopify support was a desaster. Explained this very simple example four times, to always get the same suggestions: make sure all products are in stock. Exhausting. This is very disappointing to see Shopify doesn't seem to care about its this app (and its users). I haven't read previous comments, but seeing how many posts I found on the internet about this "Shopify Bundles" app, I know for a fact I'm not the only one having issues with it.

Bundles that I've created, were initially working, suddenly without any apparent triggers begin showing 0 inventory/ availability, even though their constituent products are all in stock. If I go and edit the bundle, by removing a product, saving, and then re-adding the same product, and re-saving, then suddenly it shows the inventory again. It's always been doing this randomly since I installed it I noticed, but now, having been to busy to check in the last few months, I just discovered it was the case with all of the bundles in my shop. The impact being that these last months, no one could buy these products from us online.

If you create a bundle and later on adjust the pricing of the one of the items in the bundle, the total price of the bundle does not change and remains the same. How is it even possible that they did not think about updating the price of the bundle listing if an item in the bundle changes in price?

When you create a bundle, it sets the price based on the chosen products. There needs to be a feature for when an underlying product has their price changed, the bundle can also be updated with a one click button, or a toggle to allow this. Having to manually update pricing for these is incredibly cumbersome.

RUBBISH!! So disappointed as I spent a whole day creating these bundles only to find out it doesnt publish to FB or Google sales channels (?!). Also, it messes up your packing slips as the bundles are not shown as bundles but as separate producs (lots of customer confusion). The worst app we have ever tried. Talked to support and they could - of course - not help.

You can't create a direct-to-checkout link for a Bundle. Shopify's own products, both of them. And yet, impossible. So you must send your customers to the Bundle home page, and from there they do the 'add to cart' thing. Why? Why why why. Whhhyyyyyyy. It's a computer. They can do anything. Just make it do this.

The fact that it is free, is amazing and it starting to become very important to stock control as I have some items that have 9 or 10 different customers but can something be done about the Packing Slip, why should the customer see what the contents of their order has in it - they should just see the Bundle Product name - not everything else

Works fantastically on our store, presents bundles well to the customer however doesn't publish out to Facebook or TikTok, doesn't collect reviews from Judge.me. Frustrating as if those issues were solved it would be excellent.
