Such a waste of time and effort, I tried to give feedback to their support team and their support team suggested to delete the app. So doing what they suggesting. When I asked their team to fix or improve the cart, They broke whole integration and business went down for 2 days. This is shiprocket's way to extract money out of small businesses.

Support is very bad. Didnt set up my cart as i asked. Told me it will take a longer time but they will extend my trial until then. That also didnt happen. Being fully charged for half product. No answer from support team. WIll uninstall this app now. Update- the support did reach out after this and offered to help if i deleted the review, i told they would actually help then i will consider it. They asked for 14 days, 1 month has gone by and no progress is made. At this point i dont even want to use this product because of the support give. I just want my inital money to be refunded as it is not fair to charge money with fake promises, it comes under fraud.
