Ship Protect is great! Super easy to setup and use. Had a warehousing issue, I emailed support and within 5minutes Ty one of the founders was able to support to get those orders filtering back through to the warehouse! All in all can't fault them!

Customer support helped fix the problem in a timely manner. This app is a must if you have physical products. It pays for itself and then some. Totally worth it!!

When I spoke with the help desk they said they would need to reach out to their dev team who was so backed up with requests, that it may take 2 days to get the app operating properly. Lots of red flags here. Update: August 18. I've had developers try and figure out why the app does not work with Prestige and they can't seem to figure it out. I receive an email that they worked on it all night long and now it's working, only for it to break again. The customer support here is great, however, the developers seem to lack skill. Overall, if you have Prestige, don't install the app.

I professional way to gather your own shipping insurance/litlte bit of extra income on orders. Most of my customers opted for it at cart and it just gives you that bit of security should a parcel be lost or damaged. Easy to set up, Ty is awesome at fixing anything and helping you. Highly recommend this app along with any of the Monster apps.
