Excellent App. I use it for my three shops in Bulgaria and Romania and it is perfect. Easy to install and setup, looking native to shopify checkout, no lost convertion steps and most importatnt - amazing support. Also integrated with our 3PL supplier. No need to touch anything :)

We implemented Sendica Pickup Points to handle courier and pickup-point/locker selection before checkout, and it solved a problem that’s otherwise hard to do cleanly without Shopify Plus. The flow is smooth, customers understand it instantly, and the data is synced correctly into the order. The most important part for us: it doesn’t rely on Draft Orders, which means our attribution remains accurate and we keep full tracking. Support has been exceptional, responsive, hands-on, and proactive. Strongly recommended.
