Fantastisk kundeservice! Jeg har været i kontakt med dem flere gange, og de leverer altid professionel og nyttig hjælp. Det er uden tvivl en af de bedste kundeserviceoplevelser, man kan få.

Havde brug for hjælp til teknisk opsætning, og fik fantastisk hjælp, der lige har sparet mig for mange timers arbejde. Både hurtigt og ubesværet. Tak for det.

I looked at various apps roughly doing the same. Probably I will update this review once I have used it for a while. So far I can say that this is a serious app considering, even though I am not using this app to it's full potential (yet). For small companies this is the cheapest shipping solution. Using the platform is costing close the 0. When using their shipping agreements with UPS and DHL, no other broker can match the prices I get though their platform and NO subscription fees!! 0!! Besides using their agreements with UPS and DHL I am also using my own agreement with DBSchenker. update: after a year of using it I only get more positive: Shipmondo sends automated personiised sms and email messages when we start processing the order, when it is packed, when it is send with tracking, sends the tracking to shopify, is able to split up orders in multiple fulfiments, sends this data also to shopify, etc Created a monthly Invoice, shipments are paid from the account we have with them, so everything is paid when label is created, so we never get reminders. This simplifies our bookkeeping tremendously.

A fab app with fantastic support. Shipping can be a bit of a headache with an online store but Shipmondo and the staff really help to make it a lot easier. Definitely recommend.

I am really satisfied with this app! Really good suport from the support team. Usually get help within a few minutes of a question in the chat. It is very useful as a beginner to be able to refer to Shipmondo's shipping agreement with favorable prices.
