ShipAid has been a fantastic addition, providing great support in offsetting the cost of replacements for Lost in Transit (LIT) orders. Stefan and his team have been exceptionally responsive, providing near-instant answers to any questions we’ve raised. The integration with Shopify is seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Any small adjustments I’ve needed to streamline the process for issuing replacements, ShipAid has readily accommodated. Highly recommend their service—I wish all companies operated as smoothly and efficiently as ShipAid! The only thing that will make ShipAid even better is once we have the integration for Gorgias, which I’ve been told is coming soon.

The app works for our site. While there have been a few minor issues, their customer service has been outstanding—always quick to respond and resolve problems. Overall, it's a solid app.

Installed the app just to leave my experience. I've asked the app owner twice to remove from mailing list because I already have a custom insurance upsell coded in where I keep all revenue. Anyone looking to do this I suggest coding in your own solution. There's no reason to give spammy app owners a percentage of your hard earned sales.
