Support was amazing! I'm usually pressed for time and when I have questions that are answered quickly, that's golden.

I am used to opening an app and having to work things out step by step. Once I had installed the app, I spoke to Hannah who walked me through the entire setup process, including insights into why what we were doing was important and relevant. Single handed, greatest experience with a new app I have ever had. 100/10, would recommend.

Just getting started with the app, but I spoke with Wendy, a customer service rep, and she was extremely pleasant and happy to share some of the basics of what SearchPie can do and how to get set up.

App is good. Hlped me optimize my site as much as possible on the free. However, if I were on a plan, I know that I could do better. Either way, it's a great tool!!

I installed this and honestly don't have a lot of experience with the app. Support popped up immediately. There was some issue publishing changes to my shopify store. The customer service offered to give me a "gift" that only comes with a higher subscription since I had waited so long. The catch was that I needed to go leave a 5 star review, mention her name and send her a screenshot. So take all of the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. I've since deleted the app.
