it has a free plan which is the best feature in my opinion. the support i get from the free plan is superb so what more if i'm subscribed to their paid plan. Daisy in particular is very supportive and patient.

I have switched to SearchPie from another App and this has caused some issues with old code. There have been a few people involved in this case from both sides but today it has been all resolved. Wendy has been my point of contact and explained the issue but also given me some tips, whereas Huy managed to get my store back to where it should be. So glad that everything is resolved and I totally understand that code left behind from an app can cause issues. Now I can get on and learn SearchPie.
