First - the support is pretty quick to respond, and they are knowledgeable about SEO. As for the SEO - It shows you as what you need to fix, it has option to use their version meta title and description, or build in - you need to be careful as what you enable. So far it's been easy to use, and seems to point direction as what to fix - obviously it will take time before we see any results.

From the very first message, Julie made everything feel simple, smooth, and supportive. Whether it was fixing a technical issue or explaining SEO settings, she guided me like a true expert — with patience, clarity, and always a kind word. It felt less like customer support, and more like I had a friend in the SearchPie family, walking with me every step of the way.

Tina was very helpful and provided insightful answers to all of my questions regarding SEO. It's not something I know a lot about so not only did she make suggestions about what to do, but explained what affect this would have on my website. Thank you

I haven't purchased a plan yet... but WOW. I was completely blown away by the going above and beyond by Rose at SearchPie. She went step-by-step helping me turn on all of the free services and walking me through some of the paid services for when I can subscribe to a monthly/yearly plan. I hope anybody that gets the chance to talk to Rose they end up feeling truly blessed to have her helping you out.
