Nallely was super helpful. The product isn't great as it doesn't even have an abandoned cart flow feature available. Limited capabilities. You get what you pay for I guess. However, customer support was great!

The app its self works great. However support is shocking, i have reached out on 4 separate occasions as they banned my account without any justification or way to restore it. I have heard nothing on any occasion and cannot get my account reinstated. I've now had to change apps due to their incredibly poor customer service.
