Importing credit balances was quick and easy. Everything works as advertised. Had to reach out to support and Mark was fast to respond and fixed my spreadsheet issue. Highly recommend this App. Going to move gift cards next week!!

Excellent support! There was a problem with the data that I had downloaded from my previous gift card provider, where they provided the data in the wrong data format. I was having difficulty getting it formatted correctly and getting it migrated over. Mark with Selling Point provided help and pointed me to what was causing the problem. Once I fixed the old data, migrating it using Selling Point was a breeze. I would highly recommend Selling Point!

I own a brick and mortar retail business and just transitioned from an old POS system to Shopify. We had all of these gift cards that had been issued from years past that we needed to import into our Shopify system with no easy way to do it until we found the Selling Point app. We simply did an export and import and all of our gift cards (and balances) are now in our Shopify system! It was super easy to use Selling Point and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The app worked perfectly and was easy to set up. I thought something wasn't working at first, but found I was mistaken and support (Mark) was still very understanding and helpful! Definitely worth the money to make transferring over gift card numbers from previous systems quick and easy.

Having gift cards transferred from Square was proving to be difficult, but after chatting with support on selling point they we were able to advise me on what document to request from Square and then assisted in getting the spreadsheet set up and the export was seamless after that!

If you are using gift cards and need to transfer data to Shopify, USE THIS APP! It is truly the best hands down! The developers are extremely supportive and fantastic to work with. If they could only design other apps...we'd use them all!

I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received from Selling Point. I have been so frustrated with the transition from QB POS to Shopify POS, that I was expecting more problems. Not the case! Mark got back to me within minutes and solved my problem. All of my gift cards from QBPOS now will work in Shopify POS. We just completed the migration from QB POS to Shopify. We used Selling Point to migrate our outstanding gift card data to Shopify. Great tool. The app worked exactly as described. The support from Mark and team exceeded expectations. From making one inquiry Mark outlined the how the entire process would work including exactly what to expect in terms of data and response from our old service provider. When having some data display issues in Excel, Mark simply took our file and formatted it for import. We have installed several apps so far and this one works and is supported better than any of them. I wish some of my other migration challenges were as easy as this one was. Thank you.
