evitati pluginul asta, exista 0 support. chiar daca va merge pt voi, nu stiti cand nu o sa mai mearga si o sa ramaneti in pom. le-am dat un mesaj si i-am intrebat daca ma pot ajuta sa inteleg de ce nu apar metodele de livrare (scria 0 servicii disponibile, desi am facut tot ce am putut conform pseudo documentatiei) si nu numai ca nu a raspuns nimeni, dar au si sters tichetul.

Pur si simplu banal. Nu am primit parola pe mail, nicaieri. Nu ma pot loga la ei pe aplicatie pentru a incepe. Le-am trimis mail de mai bine de o luna, niciun raspuns,evident. Sper ca macar o sa ma puteti contacta dupa review-ul asta. Alta metoda nu mai am

Update: so far, so good :) Now please figure out how to translate the Select Sameday Location button in both Thank you page and Order Status page into the customers' preferred language. Right now everybody sees it in English. And also, please bear in mind that while the company's legal name is Sameday, the lockers marketed under the trademark EASYBOX, this is the name that most customers will recognise easily. __________ Update, 9 months after my initial review: the app hasn't changed a bit. Also, it is not compatible with Shopify's Checkout Extensibility and I can't upgrade my Checkout. So I have to choose should I keep using Sameday services or ditch them and upgrade the Checkout and keep my other apps working. _________ The Shopify integration of Sameday shipping services is absolutely subpar. It should be re-written from the ground-up and taking into consideration the following: - fulfilment: should be done with one click, from within the order, not from the app. The app itself is just for general settings, not for order fulfilment - languages and markets customisations: Sameday is a regional player already, you are operating in few markets, also making cross-border shipments and the app settings should reflect this. Options for language settings, currency settings for COD are absolutely a must!!! I will not go into more details for each problem I have found by using the app for several months now as there are so many improvement to be done. In general, I hope that Sameday will allocate just a minor share of their overall huge investments to software and especially in this Shopify app, The way this integration works now is surely not user-friendly (and by user I mean the merchants) and not suitable for shops with more than couple of orders per day.

A fost ok pana nu a mai mers. De o luna nu mai merge script-ul pentru easybox pe site si la mail nu raspunde nimeni.

Aplicatia functionat pana acum. Se pare ca de cateva zile selectarea easybox-ului nu mai este posibila sau functioneaza dar nu actualizeaza locker-ul selectat in comanda. Se poate rezolva?

Efectiv e o gluma de aplicatie. Nu pot integra livrearea la locker absolut deloc. Incerc sa dau de cineva pe mailul lor de support dar evident ca nu imi raspunde nimeni. Cred ca ma mut pe Fan, alta optiune nu vad sincer.
