This app is terrible and not user-friendly. Furthermore, on December 22, 2024, I requested a plan cancellation, which they supposedly processed. Now, almost a year later, I realize they've been charging me every month. It's truly awful. They owe me $209. Their customer service is terrible. I don't recommend it. Don't waste your money!!

This is a useful app with detailed logs of records that get synced / failed to sync to Salesforce. Support was required due to a number of issues we experienced post go-live and the support team was super responsive.
