I cancelled a task that was in progress and some products remained on sale with no possibility of returning to the original prices. I reported the problem and support told it was my fault because I ran two tasks on the collection at the same time. It's not true because I waited for the first task to be cancelled before run the second task. Support didn't give me a quick solution and just sent me a table with the old prices. The app is good value for money, but there are some bugs to fix.

The on boarding was challenging. I finally got it to work after wiping out all of the original sale prices and updating with new. Wish there were some training videos or tutorials.

We like this app so much we installed it on another store. Easy to use and understand. Reverting is easy. They don't nickel and dime you to get you to upgrade. Customer service is fast and personal. All in all, very happy with it.

We've been back and forth with several bulk pricing apps and settled on SupaDiscount. It's fairly easy to use, fast, and the price - for what you get - can't be beat. We will soon install it on other stores.

We used this app to run our black friday discounts across many SKU's. Previously we only used auto discounts because we always felt it was too much work, stress and risk to manually change product prices over hundreds of SKU's. Would have been hours of setting prices, entering prices, cross-checking the work incase of error. App worked flawlessly. We setup the product price rule we wanted, setup product exclusions, then at the end of the sale, all we needed to do was hit the "Revert" button to change the pricing back to before-sale pricing. So simple Love this app, will continue to use for all our promos.
