This app is well designed and ties in well with the core Shopify functionality. Our theme was not initially supported, but they worked with us quickly to make that happen. I made a suggestion, and the team added a feature overnight to allow me to more clearly see a larger, popup version of the thumbnail that my mouse hovers over. Excellent all away around.

Farid and his team were absolutely amazing! We had a very technical requirement for our variant images and weren’t even sure if it was possible. However, Faid was incredibly responsive and even jumped on a Teams call to assist us. He provided helpful tips and worked through the solution with us live, ensuring the product query was fully resolved. It honestly felt like he was part of our team. We would definitely recommend both Farid and the app! Highly impressed!

Amazing experience. I downloaded the app and was immediately greeted by Farid with a link to a how-to video, and to let me know if I ran into any problems. Set up was super-easy. The only issue was that I couldn't get the right image to display on category pages. Farid showed me how to fix it and it's all working exactly as advertised. I had tried a dozen image variants apps before this and had just about given up hope of finding one that worked. This is the only one that has worked for our store. Five stars.

I have been really impressed with this app. Even though it is simple in it's purpose, it is easy to use, and does exactly what I need. I also like how responsive the support is too. I had a small suggestion for an improvement, and the team tried to understand my use case, then actually implemented a change to it that same day! I wish some of my other app providers were as responsive as these guys.

This App and support crew are AMAZING! I spent hours trying to find a way to easily assign variant images for my products and thankfully I finally found Rubik Variant Images! I have reached out to the support team a few times when trying to get my custom theme working with the app and they responded within seconds to assist and had me up and running in no time! Within the constraints of Shopify's deliberately incomplete, needlessly complicated, and clunky interface, Rubik is streamlined and fairly intuitive. It beautifully performs a function a great many sellers need. Customer service is outstanding -- interactive, genuinely concerned with helping you, following through, and updating users on changes that affect performance. There are cheaper apps with similar function, but my experience with Rubik and trust in its builders and their commitment to the product have won me over without reservation. Highly recommended!
