I've been using this app in its free version for ages and I love it. I've just gone for the paid version as I needed to make separate galleries. I can't recommend enough. Clean and easy to use.

We've been using the Robin PRO App for a few years now and it works great for our requirements. After a recent App update, we experienced a minor layout issue and within a few minutes of sending a chat message Jan responded and quickly fixed the issue. Great customer service, thanks Jan!

I've been using this app for a bit now and I have to say it's worked out perfectly! I am able to showcase images of products we've made, not necessarily available for purchase, so it's helped keep that separate from our available products. This app is literally self explanatory, the user interface is clean and SIMPLE! No hitting your head against the wall trying to figure out a developers app! I use the paid plan and they were offering 2 free months if you switch to yearly billing vs monthly; definitely worth the savings so I took advantage of that limited time offer. Thank you Robin PRO for an awesome, easy to use, and reasonably priced app!

I’ve been using Robin PRO. It is very easy to use and add photos to my galleries. I recently made a secondary store and needed my app transferred. The developer transferred all my images for me and it didn’t take long to get back to my request to get it done.

Easy to use smooth working image gallery app. I did not need support yet so can not judge that. It does include lazy loading which I appreciate.

Stopped working on Mobile devices across the full site. Their dev gave a meager attempt at helping, then ghosted us completely. We have 100s of robin pro galleries set up and now have to completely transition away. I highly recommend anyone looking at this to pick one of MANY other solutions, preferably one with good customer support.

The app is very easy to config and straight forward to use. I had a question regarding the caption of the images, wrote to the support team, and they replied with a video walkthrough. Very effective communication! I know other similar apps may have lower monthly charge to start with. But to be honest, once we know how much these apps can help us to improve the appearance of our website, we tend to use the gallery function more than we originally planned as we grow the content of our online shop. So the cheaper option at the beginning will end up more expensive down the road. As a result, I do think the friendly fixed charge of this app is anther key factor for us to make the decision. Recommenced!

Robin PRO provided exactly the functionality I was looking for! Since I only have 3 main products, I wanted to create a product collection page with pictures of models wearing the products interspersed between the products themselves. I couldn't find a way to do this in Shopify natively but with this gallery app, it was super easy! In addition, support is incredible! I requested a small feature change that would work better for my store and Jan followed up and made the change quickly! Very professional, support is great, and the app works well. 10/10
