We sell pregnancy and postpartum products where sizing can be tricky due to changing bodies. While we offered gift cards, customers weren't really drawn to them for gifting. Ribbon solved this by letting gift purchasers send recipients a link to choose their own size and color so they are gifting actual product vs a gift card. The interface is user-friendly, though some customization is needed. The Ribbon team handles most of the implementation, and the founder is very responsive to questions and is quick to jump in and fix any issues. We've been using the app for about a month now and are excited to see how this helps us as we near peak gifting season!

Just starting out, but looks like a fantastic solution that will (ideally) remove our shop's need for gift cards. As someone else in the reviews said, "why hasn't anyone done this before?". 10/10.

One of those apps that makes you think 'why hasn't anyone done this before?!'. As a bookstore, having a gifting option is essential, and Ribbon provides an app that is very easy to use, both for the store owner and the customer. Excellent customer support as well. Highly recommended.
