Really helpful to set it up - Onur was immediate with responding and took time to set everything correctly. The app is great, better than most - the only thing I wish is that there was more control on the layout / design side as it can look quite messy on the product pages so that would be great to be able to show a clean layout.

This is a good app. My only negative comment is that sometimes the translations into English from other languages are not that good, and sometimes it is not easy to understand them if you are an English speaker...but otherwise the app works well. I would recommend it to anyone. I am referring to the review content translations into English. Sometimes they are poorly translated and difficult to understand.

The customer service, Onur, is good! Always responds very quickly. They also help to develop the new function to pin/unpin all reviews to the top and homepage in a day. It really helps me to manage the review without clicking one by one. Amazing. Thanks a lot!
