Took me a little time to import all my Etsy review because I had so many listings. I work great getting it to look better, I needed help. I reached out to the help desk I got a very quick response, there were very helpful and I got every fixed.

Have removed app. Did not do what we needed. Asked for help uninstalling code that we did not realise would get added to our theme as a result of installing. Silence. Despite claiming they will help if you aren't sure what you are doing with this. No care whether the app has slowed down performance. I hate writing bad reviews but the person who initially replied, Vishal, has ignored all subsequent chaser messages. Also asked for refund as we had not used the app at all while I was waiting for their replies. Silence on this too. Very, very poor customer service. Would think twice before installing as you may be left like this

Been using this app for some time and I can't tell you enough how easy and wonderful its been using it helping my customers get an honest review from my store and other sites. Plus, the customer service from the developer is simply amazing A+ service. Quick and responsive.
