I have always kept control of our email marketing in house, and was really wondering if this was going to be the move for our 16 year old brand as performance had been strong using Omnisend. I need not have worried. Vijeta, Tarun and the entire team have been truly a pleasure to work with. The team also transitioned us over to Klaviyo which was going to be a chore to manage and yet needs trust and security. They made it a breeze. Let's face it as entrepreneurs we like to do things our way and sometimes time is not spent effectively. Newsletter creation and design is a case in point. RIQ are easy to work with, and produce quality results over and over. They are also more organized than I am (sorry guys!) and after getting to know our style and "voice" I only have to supply minimal input.
