Great Support! I had an issue creating live redirects (on the target, you have to put the full URL, including https://.. and your Domain. Also, they helped me with the srsltid and redirecting from that to the standard page, which is more than could be expected from a free app, really happy!

We were having issues with URLs with parameters ranking on google. I contacted Alex at support who within 10 minutes was able to create a store wide code that fixed the issues, so now Google will know which Links I want to rank and not the ones with parameters included.. Well done Alex and great app!
