Excellent app with very impressive features. Works extremely well and customer service is excellent too.

I was initially critical of the system regarding how they count sessions, however I have to commend the customer service for getting in touch and doing all they can to alleviate my concerns and I am now a subscriber to the app. So credit to them for that. I am still not a fan of the AI responses, as clever as it is (Very clever!) it lacks the human touch required when someone doesn't understand the subject in detail. The app itself in my opinion is the best out there in terms of function vs simplicity, it is also a reasonable price. I look forward to continuing to use the app.

With 15,000 products, a search function is very important to us. After trying several Apps this one seems to be the best. Instant search looks very good and works perfectly after setting everything up properly. AI seems to work well. Support can also set everything right in your theme. Recommend this app for anyone who has a large complex range! Robin

It helps my customer narrow or widen their search results as they please and has been a source of considerable increase in our revenue. The Rapid Search AI Bar & Filter link is what I use to market on Instagram as well, so instead of looking for one product, my customers are now open to view similar products with the Rapid Search link. This is great!

I really wanted to love this app, but it doesn't allow for filtering via variant meta-fields. I understand majority of business owners will use the product meta-fields, but for someone who deals with fragrances and many options, it would be easier for my customer base to drill down by mood, fragrance or scent family. I've reach out via email but have not received a response. Maybe if this feature is added in the future, I'll be back.

Very misleading advertising in my opinion and information on the help page that contradicts their other pages and advertising. To put a long story short. Shopify show sessions to be 2000 on our site. Rapid search shows 6400 SEARCHES..... But it says we have a limit of 5000 sessions.... No problem. But actually what they slyly cover over is to them really a search is a session. But they call them 2 things. If you check the stats within their own app. They count each search as a session but misleadingly describe them as different. Sadly the live chat refused to let me speak to a human, the AI just kept sending me the same information. I wanted to give them a chance to sensible explain why their own help page contradicts their other pages and I wanted to give them a second chance, but sadly the AI put me off and here I am. A real shame. The app works well, but they were trying to charge me $59 instead of 9$. No thank you.
