As soon as I installed the app, it did not look at ALL like I wanted it to or how I had set it up in the customizer, and I thought I would have to uninstall it and try a different app instead. But I sent an email to customer support, and within 24 hours they had fixed everything so it looks great. Very responsive and helpful service.

I PAID FOR THE ENHANCED APP. AFTER A FEW TEETHING PROBLEMS FORAM WAS GREAT AND I NOW HAVE AN APP EXACTLY HOW I WANT IT TO LOOK/OPERATE. THE LINK FOR EMAIL CONTACT ALWAYS BOUNCED BACK, SO I HAD TO GO THROUGH SHOPIFY DIRECT.

This app does everything a $10 + a month app would do for you. And its free. The customer support works overnight overseas from the USA, but they can customize the app for your theme, as they did perfectly for mine. It would be nice if a client's recently viewed items were consistent across a user's devices so they can see anywhere what they are interested in. This app is solid with a 2020 update. The support team did a great job customizing the fonts, etc. to match my theme. I look forward to seeing where they can take this app from what they have already.
