Abandoned checkouts doesn't work, It doesn't work if the customer is not signed up to marketing.. I don't require my customers to sign up for marketing emails, with no option to just send a simple email, this app is pretty much useless for my store

I think so many of these apps are designed by tech heads and not really for the layman to understand however the support staff are really good and with their help navigation becomes a lot easier, so please reach out and ask the questions, their response is first rate.
