This app worked the one time we used it...then today it crashed and broke our cart (confirmed by Shopify Support). When I try to open the app in Shopify admin, I get a 502 error. Needless to say, we are cancelling and uninstalling this app.

This app has been great for our needs. We offer samples to customers in hopes they love the product and come back and buy multiple packs in the future, but we don't want people to be able to order more than 2 total samples, one per size. This provides exactly what we need and is cheaper than other options available. Their customer support is also very helpful. Highly recommend!

We have a shop for riders who provide service in our company with items at cost. We use the app to limit how much they can purchase per order and, most importantly, by time range, to limit how many items they can buy per year. While there are ways to bypass it, it allows us to enforce a soft limit to our riders, and we know that only someone with bad intentions would do so. I recommend it, especially for the time range limit function.

Very bad experience with this app, I installed it just to limit the quantity of products per customer, but it altered my billing. Talking with Shopify representatives, they told me that this app affects my threshold limit of the orders. Now, I have to pay after the trial for this threshold limit problem since it affects the entire operation. I don't understand why! Shopify customer service told me that I should contact the developers to get a deep explanation. I do not recommend this app.

We needed to limit the total number of some individual products that customers could order, and within a specific category. The app does it perfectly. We haven't had need of many of the other capabilities of the app, so we can't comment on them, but it's easy to use and the support has been excellent.

This app has worked great for maintaining limits on customer orders when needed! We use it to specifically limit quantities to "1" for the "free" products we offer as loss-leaders on our website. It really helps us as our musical instrument software libraries have a unique serial code associated with them, so limiting the offering to one delivery per unique customer is the ideal situation- (which we learned the hard way when some opportunistic fans were grabbing two, three, or 185!). We ran in to one issue, where the software is not compatible with the Shopify "ShopPay", which is unfortunate, but Anjali from KOR helped navigate us through that & everything is solid now!! Thanks KOR ;-0 2/2/2024 update::: We recently needed to create a grouping of individually unique, single use coupons for an online vendor to sell that would subsequently be redeemed at our website- (allowing us to directly track the traffic, and allow both us and the vendor to collect customer emails, etc.)- and KOR played a pivotal & necessary role in limiting/constraining the shopping cart boundaries on our Shopify website to make this possible. (Feel free to contact us if you need any info on how to do this for your website ;) KOR keeps getting more useful as we go..... worked much better for us compared to others we tried!!
