Très très décevant. Comme à l'habitude ces "plateformes" vous promettent des choses qu'ils ne sont absolument pas capables de tenir : 1/ les délais annoncés ne sont pas respectés 2/ lorsque un produit n'arrive pas, ils ne prennent pas en charge le remboursement du produit ni du transport alors qu'ils sont responsables du colis jusqu'à son acheminement 3/ les produits sont juste moins chers qu'en direct fournisseurs mais là où le coût explose c'est avec le transport Bien entendu ils feront une réponse mais je pourrai pour chaque personne qui nous contact adresser des éléments de preuve. La seule chose c'est la gentilesse du commercial mais il ne faut pas tomber dans le panneau.
