For what you get, it's pretty solid. We had a slight hiccup starting out but they helped resolve it quickly for us. The features are pretty straight forward, condition rules take a little getting used when there's multiple rules, but they work.

She is a rock star! I actually submitted my options from the bottom up instead of the top down. Nicole just rolled with the flow. If she thought I was a kook she never sounded like it. Viola! Within a couple of short sessions the configurator was done. Best app around for us, and the best support for it. These folks do business the way our business does. Customized support with a smile! rules not applying consistently, rearranged things in product page yet they didn't take effect, fees added where not applied and I have to take a loss on several orders due to it.

I downloaded this app having downloaded and used a couple of others previously that didnt perform as i wanted them to. Using easyflow is intuitive and has lots of great features. Theree is great customer support as well. I enquired to the support team as there was a small feature I wanted to include that wasnt available in the app. I would like an information icon that reveals text on hover or click. The support team say that they can accomodate this. So i'm really pleased and looking forward to using this feature too. A great app, try it out for yourself.

This is hands down the best Product Options App out there! Super easy UI and UX in app and on the store Support is fast and helps really well with integrating it seamlessly into the store If this App allowed for changing the main product image based on the new options it creates - there would genuinely be no need for any of the other Apps! (bar those with personalisation) Fantastic App - highly recommend

This app has been great for adding custom variations to my Shopify store. Florence and Loren were incredibly helpful, responding quickly and providing clear solutions to my issues. Although the app works well for most needs, Shopify's limitations around add-ons being treated as separate products weren’t quite what I was hoping for. Easy to use and add many variants for your products. I'm still working on building my website right now, but so far it's been great. I plan to upgrade soon once I get more familiar with the app. Nicole also showed me how to take the water mark off my sight for free!

EasyFlow is a very well designed Product Options app. Its simple and intuitive to use, unlike some of the other competing apps I tried which felt bloated on the backend, and it loads seamlessly on the product page, unlike others where you could clearly see page lag while loading. What's more, there was a compatibility issue with my theme, and the EasyFlow support team quickly identified and fixed the issue, even going so far as to rewrite a poorly built function in the theme code so everything worked as expected. 6 out of 5 stars!
